EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
We provide fast and comfortable exchange and return procedure.
Product must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, especially hygiene seal. Also, it’s good to try panties on over your own lingerie.
Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed or altered in any other way.
If possible, please, attach a receipt or its copy.
It’s up to you which carrier will you use, however we recommend to use recorded delivery method.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend you send your return back by registered post and retain proof of postage.
MAY I EXCHANGE ORDERED PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL?
Of course, we accept not only size exchanges of the same product, but also exchanges for different product.
If you decide to exchange for a cheaper product – you will be re-credited to your PayPal account or credit card – the one you used while placing an order.
But if you decide to exchange for a piece that is more expensive than the one originally bought, you will have to transfer difference plus cost of additional shipment to our PayPal account.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange delivered product, counting from a day when you receive it. If you won’t be able to organise return at once, please contact us.
WHO COVERS A COST OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Birbee for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO?
You will receive return address and all of the important instructions once you e-mail us with your application on [email protected].
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt. You will be re-credited to a PayPal account or credit card used while placing an order.
IMPORTANT: If you’ve already sent a parcel to us and you want to know if we receive it, e-mail us on [email protected].
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE EXCHANGED PRODUCTS?
We will ship a new product to you, once we will receive the one you want to exchange. You will be charged for additional shipping cost. It has to be paid to our PayPal account. For confirmation and more details email [email protected].
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
If you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
